Smiles and kisses warm and satisfying

After a long, hard day

The morning seemed to come so fast and

The sun pressed hot against our faces

I never knew I could feel such tranquility

From being with one

The days kept pushing onward wasting no time

So long ago it seems, but it’s only been a

How gracefully they slid laughing and hugging
